Overview
MPIX is a platform that provides high quality printing service to people who valued their family lives.
Our project was about the desktop version of printing service. Target users will upload the photos they filmed, adjust the photos in the platform, and choosing different kinds of printing services such as frames and papers.

Throught the whole project, we conducted user flow map, interview, survey, comparative evaluation, heuristic evaluation, and usability testing. These 7 methods helped us to conclude more than 50 pain points and their possible solutions.
